Just a few steps away, you can watch the sunrise or take an evening stroll on the beach when you stay at this three bedroom/three bath fully furnished house.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed , with its own private in-suite bathroom with walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, and small private porch. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and private porch. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and an addition twin with pullout trundle. The home can accommodate 9 comfortably and 11 with the use of a pull away sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bathroom on the first floor with walk in shower and a second full bath in the upstairs hallway.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove , microwave and dishwasher .The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, including a coffee maker with grinder, toaster and crockpot. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the counter with an additional table on the lanai that seats 6.

The screened lanai allows you to spend evenings outdoors to relax or enjoy family time. The large sliding glass doors open along the living room to bring the rest of the indoors, outside.
The fenced private backyard is the perfect spot for all, including your furry friends. Outside we also have a 6 person hot tub perfect for evening relaxing.
There are two adult bikes and three youth bikes available as well as a variety of beach chairs, coolers, toys, and games. We also furnish a variety of boogie board sizes for the water lovers! A handy beach cart and umbrella make your hours on the beach easy and take the sun off of those wanting some shade.

High speed internet access and cable is provided. High end linens, towels and beach towels are provided. We have a full size washer & dryer, two adult bikes, three children bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler and an outdoor shower.

The beach access by the house hosts a life guard tower and clean, operational bathrooms and shower. You are literally 150 steps from sand under your feet and memories flooding your family!

Shops and restaurants are located both within walking distance, bike ride, or a short drive.
Attractions are within easy driving distance. Close to Daytona Beach International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine land, Flagler Beach and numerous activities.

Historic St. Augustine is just 45 minutes away. The Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes away. It's approximately 75 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. And, it's only 90 minutes to Disney World!

During the Covid-19 outbreak we did add security cameras to the exterior of the home because it was sitting vacant for months when we couldn’t rent. The cameras are intended for when the home is empty and not to watch guests. They are purposely pointed at the doorways and walkways into the home. Please know this is not to invade anyone’s privacy but was solely put in place to protect our home from looters or transients trying to gain access.
