The house will be entirely yours with no in-person interaction, unless an issue arises, in which case I can stop by, if need be.

The property is located at 40 Cooney Ct, Blue River, CO — easily accessible by car year-round. Blue River sits just south of Breckenridge, approximately 2 hours from Denver International Airport (DEN). The drive from DEN takes you straight up I-70 through some of Colorado's most stunning mountain scenery, making the journey part of the experience.

Road Conditions
Blue River is in the Colorado Rockies at high elevation. Winter driving conditions can include snow and ice, especially between November and April. We strongly recommend:
- An AWD or 4WD vehicle for winter visits
- Checking CDOT road conditions before your drive at cotrip.org
- Allowing extra travel time during and after snowstorms

Car Rentals
If flying into Denver, car rental is available directly at DEN from all major rental companies including Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Avis. We recommend booking an AWD or 4WD SUV for winter visits.

Rideshare and Shuttles
While Uber and Lyft do operate in the Breckenridge area, availability can be limited in Blue River and surrounding mountain communities — especially late at night or during peak ski season. We recommend having a vehicle for the most flexibility during your stay.
