Great place

Beautiful home. We Have be going down to Cape Coral for the past seven years and this place deserves 5 stars. Everything was as stated in the listing and very clean. Extras like Beach Chairs and a beach umbrella available for use also. Property Manager and Maintenence man very helpful at check in and check out. We will stay there again if we get a chance.

Great home and great property management!

Overall, this property was beautiful and definitely as pictured! Property managers were amazing to work with...we took our 2 year old who needed a pack and play and they ended up buying the one we purchased off us for future travelers. My only complaint is that you had to wait a few minutes for hot water to reach the master bathroom. Overall amazing property, great neighborhood and a great property management team!

Fabulous Florida Fun

This is by far our favorite VRBO rental. Perfect in every way. Claudia and Dennis were wonderful host! Everything was so very clean and we were impressed with the high-quality furniture and accessories. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. The cost of heating them minimal and Dennis gave us great instructions on how to run everything. Restaurants were all great! Most of our time was spent either at the pool or going to the beach. Fun in the sun. Were a bunch of high school friends celebrating our 70th birthdays together. 🎉 Our only suggestion would be that a handrail would be nice when getting out of the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the beautiful Blue Marlin. Pinky and friends

Impeccable Property and Location

We traveled here from another state for spring break. The property manager was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The booking process and check-in process was easy, convenient, and streamlined. This property was beautiful inside and out. It was clean and bright with tons of natural light, but also has shades to keep the light out in the early morning. The yard and pool are exceptionally maintained and easy to operate. They are efficient and the cost associated with heating was insignificant. This property is in a quiet and safe neighborhood that feels like home. We went for daily walks and everyone was friendly. The outdoor kitchen and living area was our favorite. We cooked and grilled every night and there was an outdoor mini fridge to keep your drinks cold. The outdoor TV was big enough to watch from the hot tub. There was plenty of outdoor seating and all of the outdoor furniture was in great condition. The interior kitchen area was set up perfectly with an open-area concept and had everything you would find at your own home. The water channel behind the house was peaceful and quiet. It does not appear to be a main thoroughfare for boating in the area. A huge bonus to this property was the ability to use the garage for our rental car and keep it out of the sun on hot days. There were numerous activities to do in the immediate area. We visited Top Golf, two different beaches, and a water park for the kids. Grocery stores are about 10 minutes away. BOOK IT!!
