Das Haus liegt im Zentrum am romantischen Hafen und dennoch ist es ganz ruhig. Das Angebot an Restaurants ist großartig und kleine Läden mit Kunstgegenständen laden zum Bummeln ein. Das umliegende Naturschutzgebiet ist für Vogelfreunde und Naturliebhaber interessant. Die umliegenden Orte haben ebenfalls typisch norddeutsches Flair.
