The residence offers a peaceful tropical atmosphere with 2 swimming pools — one ideal for families and another perfect for relaxing quietly — as well as kiosks/gazebos, 24h security guards, private parking, and 2 secure entrances. In the heart of the residence, you will also find a convenient mini-market located just downstairs from the penthouse, perfect for buying fresh bread, drinks, snacks, or everyday essentials without needing to leave the residence.
You can enjoy the best of both worlds: a calm residential setting only 2 minutes from the vibrant center of Las Terrenas, restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and spread over 2 levels, offering spacious and cozy living areas designed for comfort and relaxation.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment and all residence amenities, including the 2 swimming pools, gazebo/kiosk areas, the mini-market, and a private parking spot located just in front of the building. Only one private bedroom will remain closed as the owner stores personal belongings there.

Once your booking is confirmed on Airbnb, Jennifer, the home manager, will contact you through a WhatzApp group and provide all the information needed for your arrival. A meeting point will be shared with you for check-in day, where we will personally welcome you and accompany you to the residence and penthouse while explaining everything you need to know for a comfortable stay.

At check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken, and then you will be free to fully enjoy your vacation. The WhatzApp group remains available during your stay for any questions or assistance you may need.

Check-out is normally at 11:00 AM. We kindly ask you to inform us at least one day before your departure whether you plan to leave at the scheduled time or earlier, so we can organize the check-out, take the final picture of the electricity meter, and calculate your electricity consumption. Payment of electricity is preferably made in cash at check-out.

The rate is 15 DOP/kWh.

A picture of the electricity meter will be taken upon your arrival and again at your departure. Your consumption will then be calculated, and payment can be made directly in cash to your host during check-out.

We recommend having a small amount of Dominican pesos in cash for your departure.
A receipt will be provided to you.
