Welcome to this historic updated bungalow in Tucson. Inside, guests find two cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle, ideal for small groups or families. There is also a small desk in the second bedroom should any work need to be done on your travels. The bathroom has a claw foot tub for soaking the days stress away and includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Climate control keeps the space comfortable with both heating and air conditioning. The yard is fully fenced and gated with multiple patio and lounge areas, perfect for both you and any pets. The backyard is shared with a separately rented back studio. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing for your next adventure, this quaint bungalow offers a fabulous retreat complete with a backyard pond and waterfall. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Tucson and our bungalow has to offer. Minimum 4 week stay.
