GETTING IT READY FOR THE 4th OF JULY. Lake Sylvia at its Finest!!! Large Modern 3++ Bedroom House Featuring a Huge Master Suite with king bed and 2 twin beds, master bathroom with walk in shower & soaking tub. Perfect for a couple or a family with children. The open loft area has 5 twin beds and a queen, great area to sleep the kiddos! Lower level basement includes 2 Bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with walk in shower and living room with wet bar. Perched up with 180 degree views up and down Lake Sylvia, there are not stairs to the lake but a driveway right down to the waters edge. Down at the lake features 200' of shoreline, a sandy beach area, fire pit and dock. Large 2 car attached garage and detached garage with the "Man Cave". Guests have plenty of space to relax. Inside, the cool air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere just right no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for the day, this wonderful house offers a pleasant retreat. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We are working hard getting this fabulous lake home ready by 4th of July week! Check back for more photos as we continue to keep working on this project!
