The home features central air conditioning and two bedrooms +. bonus sleeping room with linens, including one king bed, one double bed, and a twin bunk bed. Additional sleeping space is available with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle, making it ideal for families and groups. 3 smart TVs and alarm clocks with wireless charging dock in each bedroom Kitchen equipped with appliances, dinnerware ,cookware, utensils, coffee, pot, and Keurig K cup machine. Complementary coffee, tea, cider, and cocoa are available for self serve. In the cabinets, spices and seasoning to accommodate guest palate.
A selection of family games, and adult games. A stylish bar cabinet stocked with a variety of cocktail, wine, and beverage glassware as well as a cocktail book providing the perfect setup for entertaining or enjoying an evening drink.

Outside, enjoy a fenced yard for added privacy, a deck with seating for relaxing or dining outdoors, and a gas grill for summer cookouts after an amazing day at the beach.

The place was close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Lobster pound only a few blocks away. Ample space for everyone. The back porch was nice as well. If I am in the area I will stay here again.

This property was everything we hoped for and more! Everything was spotless, with more basic supplies than we expected... The house was a short walk to the beach and/or a short drive to anywhere you might want to go. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Family Getaway in Old Orchard Beach!We had such a wonderful week stay in Old Orchard Beach with our family! The VRBO was comfortable, welcoming, and the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy some much-needed family time together. We loved being able to spend our days enjoying the beach and everything Old Orchard Beach has to offer, then coming back to a cozy place where we could unwind, laugh, and make more memories.Everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable, and we truly felt at home. Family trips like this are so special, and having a great place to stay made it even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway in Old Orchard Beach!

We went to OOB for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect! Plenty of space for my family and an extra space for a team-mate. So close to the baseball stadium and it was an easy walk to the Park and the Pier. We will definitely be booking this house again next year.

Was just as described. Parking spot was a little tricky for a larger car but fine for my small SUV. Kitchen was one of the best stocked with equipment and essentials I have rented although it could use a pizza cutter and colander! Lovely little off the beaten path beach house!

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was especially well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and having access to laundry was a huge bonus during our trip.The location was great. We were able to walk to several restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without having to drive everywhere. The host interaction was minimal, but everything went smoothly and we had no issues during our stay.One thing to note is that the house is located on a main road, so there is some traffic noise. We live in the country, so it was more noticeable to us than it might be for others. That said, it did not take away from our overall experience, and we would happily stay here again!

Stephanie is an amazing host. She was very communicative and quickly responded to any of my questions. The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We did go out and buy groceries and when we arrived back, realized we didn’t get any spices I was pleasantly surprised to open a cupboard full of every spice I would need for cooking. The back porch is wonderful for end of the night Card games or just sitting relaxing. The property is close enough to the beach and downtown old Orchard. We did rent a golf cart for the two days we were there and that worked out beautifully. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone.This is the best experience I’ve ever had with VRBO.
