The home features central air conditioning and two bedrooms +. bonus sleeping room with linens, including one king bed, one double bed, and a twin bunk bed. Additional sleeping space is available with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle, making it ideal for families and groups. 3 smart TVs and alarm clocks with wireless charging dock in each bedroom Kitchen equipped with appliances, dinnerware ,cookware, utensils, coffee, pot, and Keurig K cup machine. Complementary coffee, tea, cider, and cocoa are available for self serve. In the cabinets, spices and seasoning to accommodate guest palate.
A selection of family games, and adult games. A stylish bar cabinet stocked with a variety of cocktail, wine, and beverage glassware as well as a cocktail book providing the perfect setup for entertaining or enjoying an evening drink.

Laundry unit on site. Passcode entry.

Outside, enjoy a fenced yard for added privacy, a deck with seating for relaxing or dining outdoors, and a gas grill for summer cookouts after an amazing day at the beach.

We went to OOB for a baseball tournament. This house was perfect! Plenty of space for my family and an extra space for a team-mate. So close to the baseball stadium and it was an easy walk to the Park and the Pier. We will definitely be booking this house again next year.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was especially well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and having access to laundry was a huge bonus during our trip.The location was great. We were able to walk to several restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area without having to drive everywhere. The host interaction was minimal, but everything went smoothly and we had no issues during our stay.One thing to note is that the house is located on a main road, so there is some traffic noise. We live in the country, so it was more noticeable to us than it might be for others. That said, it did not take away from our overall experience, and we would happily stay here again!
