Very nice older home that has been updated. Property was clean and easy to access. Kids loved the bedroom/playroom area. Only drawback was the stairs; they were steep.

Property had not been cleaned when we arrived and had to find alternate accommodations. Miscommunication with cleaner. Host was very responsive and remedied the situation. Received generous refund and property was cleaned and ready for us the next day. It was an inconvenience but things happen and issue was resolved. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed our quick stay at this house in Orchard Beach. The listing was accurate, so we knew to expect the low ceilings, and my kids enjoyed playing with the games in the game room, including the Super Nintendo. The house was clean, with the exception of a pan that was left in the dishwasher with eggs still stuck on it. The host was very quick and responsive.The only suggestion I'd leave is to maybe include a little more silverware. This house sleeps up to 10 people, and we only had 5 people, and there were only 5 spoons to use and 5 forks.Overall a very good stay! Thanks to the hosts!
