The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends located on the first floor of a family house. The house is located in a privileged tourist area, highly sought after by tourists. The location is quiet but still central. The sandy beaches and bathing facilities are easily reached on foot in a few minutes. Free parking near the house. The house offers a tavern with barbecue and dining area for shared use with the other guests of the house.

The 55m2 apartment is located on the first floor of the secondary house attached to the main house. On the ground floor, 1 apartment for 2-3 people is rented.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, both with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190). The bedrooms have a wardrobe, and bedside tables with night lamps, and bed linen is provided (weekly change). A bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, toilet, external window, and washing machine. The service bathroom with sink, mirror and services. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly).
The living area consists of a sitting area with a sofa bed for one adult or two children, flat-screen satellite TV, an air conditioner, free Wi-Fi internet connection. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with a fridge with a freezer area, a stove with two gas burners, an extractor hood, a coffee machine, a kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

From the living area the exit onto the covered terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs and an umbrella. Free parking is available in front of the house. For shared use, there is a tavern in a nearby building equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs where you can spend the evenings with friends and an outdoor shower in the garden.

* Registration per person is to be paid upon arrival in cash
* Pets (maximum 1 per stay) are allowed with a supplement per day payable upon arrival in cash.
* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.
* We ask our kind guests:
- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and washing machine when not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the supermarket is 500 m away, the restaurant is 200 m away, the promenade is 600 m away.
Located in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. Near the house the children's playground.

Only 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the station of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, the possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, a small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and who wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
