We had a wonderful experience enjoying the accomodation and the host was easy to reach out to and communicate. We especially enjoyed the amenities including the Hot Tub and Sauna.
Very nice large property. Host was very responsive and opened pool a few days early for us. Lots of nice amenities - the sauna in particular was a gem. Unfortunately the refrigerator broke during our stay but the host was able to fix it same day.

Thank you so much for your kind words about the property, the pool, and especially the sauna — we’re really glad you enjoyed those. I’m truly heartbroken to hear the refrigerator broke during your stay. That’s the last thing we want any guest to deal with, and we’re so sorry it happened on your vacation. We always aim for a perfect five-star experience, so it really stings to see four stars. If there’s anything we can do to make it right, just let us know. We hope to welcome you back someday.
It was a great stay we had two families that enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The host was very friendly when we spoke to him about a couple questions we had. If we have a hockey tournament in the area again we will definitely look into this property again.
We never used the pool (we stayed over Christmas) or the hot tub. Enjoyed the sauna very much (glad we knew to bring wood).Comfortable beds and sofas. Lots of seating, including for meals. Plenty of towels and blankets, well-equipped kitchen. Spacious grounds, great for the dogs.No criticism intended, but guests should have a heads up about all the stairs needed to be navigated to access every part of the cottage (challenging for those in our party with mobility issues). All in all, it was lovely!
Great getaway for families, quiet and private. Spacious interior and there's 3 bedrooms and a pull out in the den room. We didn't try the sauna room, and for the TV you have the option to cast from your phone. A Tim Hortons down the road which was a great highlight! Communication was great, can call or text but calling is the better option. Overall a great stay and I'd go again.
Our stay was beautiful. Nice quiet area. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. All the amenities worked. I would definitely come back here.
Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Great kitchen and amazing spa facilities for a rural home. The wood burning stove was very special in the winter.
Had a nice time with two families at this property. Lots of room for everyone to gather in main living area/kitchen. Property is big and secluded… dogs loved it. Everyone had a great time.
Secluded spot with a pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit and lots of space for outdoor games. The kitchen had everything we needed plus a big island for us to all eat together. Big bedrooms with comfy beds too. All in all a great vacation spot for us! We hope to be back!
The property is gorgeous inside and out! The home is cozy, modern, clean and has everything you need. The amenities outside are incredible and the grounds are stunning, private and so well maintained. Kirill makes himself available for easy communication. We had a wonderful stay!
We had a fantastic stay at the cottage with friends and kids! The place is surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna — a great way to relax after a day outdoors. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.Special thanks to our host Kirill — he was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. You can tell he truly cares about his guests' experience.Would definitely love to come back again!
We really enjoyed the gorgeous grounds with our dog. The lawns are vast and well maintained. We saw rabbits and deer! The pool, hot tub, and sauna are well maintained. The house is clean and comfortable. A wonderful little break!

Not quite as described
The fireplace in the house was locked and was not able to use. There are 3 bedrooms and a makeshift “bedroom”. Not 4 bedrooms as stated. The hot tub was nice but the cover nearly killed us trying to lift on and off as there was not mechanism for it.We couldn’t use the sauna at all because it was wood fired and none of the wood would light as it was too wet.The outdoor fire.pit was also unusable, wet wood, but also. No path to it or chairs setup. The house was a good size and was nice. The property was gorgeous but thought things could have been a bit better prepared for guests. A VERY sad Christmas tree sat in the living room - no lights, 1/3 decorated and not visually appealing at all. Not to mention it was past Christmas….

The house was over all great, it was a nice space for us 4 and 2 other families ( 8 people total) to stay while we were in town for our kids hockey tournament in Barrie. Living area was nice and open. Easy to move around the kitchen and living room. The kids really enjoyed the games table in the lower room. The hot tub was great, and once we figured out that the sauna was wood burning, we got that warned up and enjoyed that aswell. Kids explored the property and found a small frozen pond ( parent safety checked it) and played mini sticks outside, which was the highlight of their weekend. The house could definitely use a better cleaning. The surfaces were clean, but we found several cooking utensils that were dirty. The kitchen cupboards and drawers were unorganized, with plates and bowls all stacked randomly on top of each other but that could just be because the last people who stayed there didn't care and just put stuff wherever. Dishwasher worked great! I cleaned the toliet with the brush (as we would at our own home) and the stuff that I got from under the rim was very unsettling. The bathrooms need more privacy, the main bathroom has this big beautiful window... with no curtain, blind or frosted glass, which left us dressing in the tub after a shower. The lower level bathroom has a frosted pocket door but it is still pretty see through, luckily there is another door in the lower level room you can close over to fix that issue. We ran out of tol
