Sehr geräumige und gepflegte FeWo

Pros: Große Räume, in denen man nicht gleich über alles Mögliche stolpert bzw. aneckt. Die Einrichtung einschl. der Dekoartikel ist sehr geschmackvoll, was für eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre sorgte. Die Küche mit der Kochinsel ist modern und funktional gestaltet. Bis auf ein Sieb zum Abgießen von gekochten Nudeln war alles vorhanden. Einzig die Anbringungsorte der Lichtschalter waren für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und was für uns ein erfreuliches Novum darstellte, 2 Nachtlichter für Steckdosen mit Helligkeitssensoren. Wer nachts in fremden Betten schläft und raus muss, weiß dieses zu schätzen! Die Heizung war erfreulicherweise auch bereits eingeschaltet :-) Und dann noch die beiden großflächigen Dachterrassen, wovon eine überdacht ist (gen SO) und die andere offen (gen SW) - echt super! Und auch der bereits wohnlich gestaltete Eingangsbereich im Haus selbst, gleich hinter der Haustür, der als Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder etc. genutzt werden kann! Die FeWo ist sehr zu empfehlen! Cons: Fehlender Kosmetikspiegel im BZ(u.a.um die Augen zu verarzten/Bart schneiden)und Körbe für Toilettenutensilien! Toilettenpapier und Handseife nach 4Tagen alle,keine Haushaltsrolle in der Küche-wurde von uns alles nachgekauft! Im Schlafzimmerschrank keine Hosenbügel! Keine Schubkästen für Kleinkram und sonstige Utensilien. Der TV ist vorsintflutlich-von 2010,nur 32“ und die Senderprogrammierung ist katastrophal-Bedienung einfach nur zeitraubend und nervig!!! Die Fernbedienung kennt auch einige Funktionen nicht. Das Erste von ARD wurde gar nicht gefunden. Hatten zum Glück unseren amazon Fire TV-Stick dabei und konnten über WLAN alle Sender live und zeitversetzt sehen und das auch noch bei einer besseren Qualität als vorher. Mittlerweile gibt es schon gute 42“ Smart-TV's für nicht mal 300€! Einschließlich des Billig-FM-Radios,welches weder RDS hat,geschweige denn als DAB-Version vorliegt und wo man durch Ändern der Lage der langen Netzzuleitung einen rauschfreien Empfang hinbekommen muss.

Hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Pros: Der Platz in der Wohnung war sehr großzügig. Ruhige Anwohnerstrasse, konnte gute Gassirunden laufen. Parkplatz war vor der Tür. Cons: Das Haus von außen müsste dringend renoviert werden. Es waren zu wenige Gläser vorhanden, sodass ich morgens und abends abwaschen musste.
