Prima. Leider stand nicht dabei, dass das Viertel bergauf am Hang liegt. Unsere 86jährige Oma hatte damit halt Probleme. Sonnst alles tiptop.

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und für 4 Personen perfekt. Die Küche ist technisch gut ausgestattet, allerdings gab es, abgesehen von einem einzigen Müllbeutel, keinerlei Equipment. Wir mussten als erstes einkaufen. Die Zufahrt zur Garage war mit einem Skoda Kamiq gerade noch fahrbar. Völlig unmöglich ist der Verwalter der Wohnung, die Homekeepers GmbH. In deren sog. Digitalen Gästemappe wurden als Pflichtangaben z. B. die Reisepassdaten der Reisenden abgefragt. Sonst ist ein Check-in nicht möglich. Eine rechtliche Grundlage hierfür gibt es sicher nicht. Informationen zum Check-in mussten wir im Übrigen anmahnen. Der sog. Notdienst erklärte sich für Fragen als nicht zuständig. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist okay, aber sicher nicht noch einmal eine Buchung mit diesem Verwalter.

Würzburg

Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig, sauber, hell.Lage ging so. Toll war die Möglichkeit das Auto in einer Garage zu parken. Die Einfahrt in diese ist nichts für ungeübte Autofahrer und große Fahrzeuge. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und es hat alles vom Buchen bis zum Auschecken super geklappt. Hausverwaltung war stets erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Fewo

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet.Lediglich der Garagenparkplatz im Hinterhof ist leider für große Autos (SUV, Kleinbus) nicht geeignet, und auf den Straßen rundum gibt es ausschließlich Anwohnerparkplätze.Mit einem großen Fahrzeug daher besser nicht buchen.

Wir waren begeistert

Tolle Wohnung! Super modern, renoviert, vernünftiges Interior. Ausstattung war echt top und wir hatten richtig viel Platz! Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, nur leider haben wir zu spät gesehen, wo ein Wäscheständer steht. Diesen vielleicht in einen Schrank räumen statt in der Küche, dann hätten wir ihn eher gesehen. Bad ist kleiner aber völlig ausreichend und mit Fenster. Wir hatten Garagenplätze. Die Einfahrt zum Hinterhof ist sehr eng, mit einem großen Auto ggf schwierig, für uns war es noch in Ordnung. Check in war super easy mit einer guten Beschreibung. Es gab in der Wohnung noch eine kurze Übersicht mit Tipps zu Würzburg, sehr hilfreich! Es gab Spülmittel, Salz und Pfeffer, Spültücher, ausreichend Toipapier und Handtücher. Das einzigst Negative ist, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert hat. Wir konnten es mit unseren Handys nicht richtig finden, wussten auch nicht wo der Router ist. Hatten dann mal kurz das WLAN geortet, nach kurzem einloggen waren wir aber wieder raus. War für uns kein Weltuntergang aber grundsätzlich etwas doof.

Perfekt für einen Urlaub in Würzburg

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt, in perfekter Lage. Nähe zum Bahnhof und in die Innenstadt perfekt, sehr gute Anbindung per Straßenbahn 👌 Wohnung ist wunderschön.

Wunderbare Tage in Würzburg

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern und war zudem sehr sauber und modern. Check-In war unkompliziert. Einzig das WLAN funktionierte nicht, wodurch es kein großes Fernsehangebot gab. Dies hat uns allerdings wenig gestört. Kommen gerne wieder.
