Welcome to Apartment 14 in the “Seebrücke” apartment building.<br><br>This modern, 54 m² two-room apartment in the heart of Scharbeutz is located on the second floor with a side view of the Baltic Sea and can accommodate up to three people. The center of Scharbeutz is right on your doorstep, where you’ll find numerous shops and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance.<br><br>The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa bed, a TV, a radio via Amazon’s Alexa, a DVD player, and a small dining area. From here, you can step out onto the east-facing balcony with a side view of the sea and an awning, where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day. The open kitchen area is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and separate freezer, a Caffissimo coffee maker, and a dishwasher. <br><br>The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) for a restful night’s sleep.
