The Living Space

The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan living area, where the living room, dining space, kitchen, and terrace flow seamlessly together.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the apartment with natural light throughout the day, while a refreshing breeze often drifts through the home thanks to its open exposure and surrounding greenery.

The comfortable living room invites you to unwind after a day of exploring the city, featuring a large smart TV with streaming services, comfortable seating, beautiful design details, and plenty of space to relax together.

As evening falls, the apartment is bathed in warm golden light, creating a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or simply watching the sunset.

The Botanical Terrace

One of our favorite places in the home is the lush botanical terrace, which extends naturally from the living room and creates a beautiful indoor-outdoor living experience.

Surrounded by mature plants and cozy seating, it's the perfect place for morning coffee, outdoor meals, reading a book, or simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets overlooking the Tel Aviv skyline.

The terrace offers a rare combination of greenery, fresh air, privacy, and city views—a peaceful urban oasis above the city.

The Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for people who enjoy cooking and spending time together.

With warm wooden finishes, generous workspace, open shelving, quality appliances, and everything needed to prepare anything from breakfast to family dinners, it naturally becomes part of the home's welcoming atmosphere.

The Bedrooms

All three bedrooms overlook a beautiful green grove, filling the rooms with soft natural light, fresh air, gentle breezes, and peaceful views throughout the day.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is bright, calm, and inviting, featuring a comfortable double bed, warm natural textures, generous storage, and large windows overlooking the trees. It's a peaceful retreat designed for deep rest and quiet mornings.

Children's Room

Our children's room has been lovingly designed to make young guests feel at home. It includes books, toys, games, and playful details, creating a cozy and welcoming space for children to play, read, and relax.

Like the other bedrooms, it enjoys beautiful views of the green grove just outside the window.

Teen Bedroom / Safe Room (Mamad)

The third bedroom serves as a comfortable teen room and also includes the apartment's built-in safe room (Mamad), offering additional peace of mind during your stay.

Bright, comfortable, and overlooking the same peaceful grove, it combines safety with comfort without compromising on style.

Bathrooms

The apartment includes two beautifully maintained bathrooms.

The main bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, modern fixtures, generous storage, and also includes both a washing machine and a dryer for your convenience.

The second bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, providing extra privacy and comfort.

Both bathrooms are bright, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The Building

The apartment is located in a brand-new residential building, offering the comfort and convenience of modern construction while maintaining the warmth of a true home. The building features secure coded entry, elevator access, and a quiet, well-maintained environment, providing both comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay.

Our apartment itself is also newly completed and thoughtfully designed, with brand-new finishes, furnishings, appliances, and carefully selected details that create a fresh, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere.

The Neighborhood

Located in Yad Eliyahu, one of Tel Aviv's greenest and most beloved residential neighborhoods, our home offers the perfect opportunity to experience the city like a local.

Wide tree-lined streets, parks, playgrounds, and mature greenery create a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just minutes from the vibrant heart of Tel Aviv.

Within walking distance you'll find an excellent delicatessen, an organic grocery store, neighborhood cafés, supermarkets, local shops, and one of Tel Aviv's favorite pizza spots.
