In 2026, we installed a brand-new shower, new floors and new cabinets. Comfortable year-round with under-window heat and air-conditioning, as well as 2 ceiling fans. Free parking. Seasonal outdoor pool.

We loved our stay at Faith's Place and feel it was an especially great stay for the price. The condo was charmingly furnished/decorated, and much of the condo has been recently renovated to include the flooring, kitchen and bathroom. The bed and couch were comfortable. Great central location to see the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg attractions to the east and impressive waterfalls to the west. Free parking, and getting a good parking space was never an issue. And the host was available, pleasant and communicative. We had a great stay and fully recommend this place to others!

Cozy space, nice lighting, quiet apt complex tucked away, not much foot traffic or car traffic, easy parking, lots of spots, door lock wouldn’t lock, kept flashing green and red, took three tries before it would lock,

Such a convenient location! Close to the interstate (but quiet!), walking distance to UT botanical gardens and Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling arena, close to downtown, restaurants, parks, shopping…you name it.
