  • Excellent experiences

"The house is in a quiet neighborhood, very nice with views. It is close to the campus so we didn't need to drive too much. Lauren was very responsive and replied messages promptly. Check-in and check-out was as smooth as it can get. The house was stocked with all you need for cooking. Overall, this is an excellent rental you can find and we will definitely come back if our kids made to DI global final in the future."

  • Very clean and comfortable.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin. A beautiful setting in the woods. Very relaxing and calming, yet only minutes from a number of good restaurants. We highly recommend this lovely cabin!"

  • Southern Hospitality

"We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a month while visiting relatives and it had everything we needed to feel very comfortable in a home away from home atmosphere. We fixed many meals and found all the pans and utensils we needed. It is very close to downtown and shopping malls and great restaurants. One of our favorites is Tupelo Honey in the town square. Recommend the fried green tomatoes with goat cheese grits:). Thank you Joyce and Harry for your great southern hospitality !!"

  • Good location, owner was very polite.

"We had a great time in the house, and I believe that the price was very reasonable for what we received. This house is set up really great for children, they played and had a blast, while we relaxed. Location is also very central if you need to access the Gatlinburg area. After our cabin burned we rented here and it was only a 40-45 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. The only thing that went wrong with our stay was that here, the blue garbage container is for regular trash and brown is for recycle (opposite color scheme of where I have lived in the south)."
