The apartment is on the first floor. From the entryway, the hallway leads to one of the two bedrooms, which features a double bed with a full-length mattress (160x200), a wardrobe, high-quality pine wood, fly screens, and blackout curtains. Next to it is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, makeup mirror, and towel warmer. The living-dining area features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a teapot with a warming stand, and 2 thermoses. A dishwasher and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment round out the kitchen area. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a couch, a dining table with 6 chairs, and blackout curtains.
On the upper level of the duplex apartment, you’ll find the second spacious, separate bedroom. It features a double bed with two mattresses (180x200); bed linens and towels are included, along with two nightstands with reading lights, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, two sideboards, as well as window screens and blackout blinds. Next to the front door, there is a small storage room with a coat rack, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. Dogs are allowed in this property.
