This one-room vacation apartment, renovated in 2023 and furnished in a modern style, features a double box-spring bed, two armchairs with a round table, and a smart TV. The living and sleeping area also offers plenty of space for your coats and provides direct access to the balcony with seating, where you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The open-concept kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirror with a makeup mirror. For your personal comfort, bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent are included as a starter kit. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. In front of the house, there are only loading and unloading zones; as an alternative, we offer discounted parking passes for the local parking garage in Heringsdorf at current rates. You can pick up your parking pass at our service office upon arrival. In the basement of the Seebrücke, a lockable bicycle storage room and a small laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available to you free of charge.
