Located in Arco, the "Holiday Speed" apartment offers stunning mountain views right from the property. The 65 m² apartment features a living room with 2 single sofa beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, fan, microwave, and coffee machine.



The highlight of this apartment is the private outdoor area with a covered terrace and 2 balconies. The outdoor space is furnished for dining, enjoying drinks, and relaxing with views of the surroundings.



The property is just steps from a bar, tobacconist, pharmacy, and supermarket. Public transport is also nearby.



Parking is available outside the property in front of the entrance.



Families with children are welcome. One pet up to 20 kg is allowed for an extra fee per stay. If your dog is used to sleeping in the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.



Smoking and parties are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available.



Two electric bikes can be provided for an extra fee. Guests traveling with bicycles or e-bikes cannot bring them into the apartment. A storage box for bikes is available on site.

Very nice stay in beautiful Arco

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment with a very big and comfortable balcony and fantastic view on the mountains. The hostess Laura is very kind and helpful. The environment of Arco, Riva del Garda and Torbole is great for a sportive and active holiday! So, highly recommended!

Neues Haus mit viel Platz,komplett ausgestatte Küche ,netter Gastgeber

Pros: Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt während unseres Klettertrips im Frühjahr! Die Wohnung war Blitz sauber,angenehm kühl und bot mit den vielen Räumen und dem großen Bad unglaublich viel Platz. Besonders genossen haben wir die beiden Balkone,von denen einer wirklich riesig ist. Diese sind mit 2 Liegen und mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Auch technisch ist mit dem Smart-TV alles top. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die Besitzerin Laura ,sie ist wahnsinnig freundlich zuvorkommend und war jederzeit erreichbar.Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen ! Danke noch an Laura und Antonio

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung.

Pros: Laura und Antonia sind tolle, herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. In einer Ferienwohnung habe wir immer unseres eigenes Geschirr dabei....in dieser Wohnung brauchten wir dies nicht. Es hatte ausreichend von allem. Im Bad befand sich außer einer Dusche ein Wirlpool. Den hatten wir aber aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit nicht genutzt. In Italien sind die Steckdosen anderst als in Deutschland. Es hatte zwar Adapter aber wer mehrere Elektrogeräte hat sollte sich Adapter besorgen. Es hatte genügend und sehr große Badetücher. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die großzügige Terrasse war ein Traum. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus auf die mit schneebedeckten Berge war atemberaubend, zumindest nach meinem empfinden. Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettwäsche war frisch. Die Heizung was an kühleren Tagen wichtig ist, war immer angestellt. Zu Fuß ins Zentrum braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. In der Nähe befindet sich die Pizzeria Centrale. Cons: Es war alles super...Natürlich gibt es immer Gäaste die was zu meckern haben...wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Pizzas waren sehr gut und kosten zwischen 9 und 13 Euro. Wir waren in mehreren Pizza und hatten in keiner Pizzeria was zu beanstanden. In ca. 2 KM Entfernung gab es viele Einkaufzentren...Aldi, Penny Iper und Eurospin. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.
