Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please turn off all the lights and heat. Please check the stove and propane for the grill outside to make sure it is off.

Please make sure ALL trash are in a bag. Try to have it all in one bag if possible & bring it outside to the garbage bin located beside the steps.

Please return the key to the lockbox whenever you leave the property and at check-out. Lockbox Code: 4234 The front door has a locking switch on the inside: - Up = Locked - Down = Unlocked

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
