We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful lake views, found the dock to be a great place for fishing and relaxing, and that the air conditioning kept the home comfortable during your stay. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. Guest feedback is important to us, and we use it to continually improve the experience for future visitors. Regarding the dishwasher, we completely understand how frustrating appliance issues can be. During your stay, we offered to send a plumber immediately, but at your request, service was postponed until after your departure. When the technician inspected the dishwasher, he found it to be operating properly and noted that it appeared the cycle may have simply been interrupted before completion. We also appreciate your comments regarding housekeeping and the exterior. Our home is professionally cleaned before every arrival, but because the property is located in the mountains and surrounded by mature trees, occasional cobwebs, pollen, and natural debris can accumulate quickly between cleanings despite our best efforts. We also have gutter guards installed, so while leaves may occasionally be visible on the roof or around the property, the gutters themselves are protected from clogging. We are replacing the light bulbs and the living room lamp. As for mattress comfort, we recognize that firmness is very subjective, and while many guests have found the beds comfortable, we understand they may not suit everyone's personal preference.
