Lakefront Home with Amazing Views!

Beautiful Lakefront home located in Arrowhead Lakes gated community East Cove. Watch the incredible sunsets from this beautiful deck or roast marshmallows from our great firepit , 2 person Canoe, Rowboat and (2) 1 person Kayaks with signed waiver for you to enjoy on this 250 acre lake. Fish from private dock for Bass and other pan fish.

Arrowhead Lake Fees:
Please note that wristbands for amenities are mandatory year round

*Fees exempt for children under 6
- In Season (begins Memorial Day) - $8.50 per person / per
night or $42.50 for 5-7 nights
- Off Season (begins the day after Labor Day) - $2.00 per
person/ per night
- $20 Administration fee
- $20 per vehicle registration fee
-$100 late fee for reservations made within 72 hours of arrival date

Arrowhead Lakes has two lakes 250 acres & 95 acres, three outdoor pools, clubhouse, lodge, seven tennis courts (lit for night play). Lifeguards at all pools and beaches. Activities for kids throughout the summer months. Home located within walking distance to beach and playground. Jack Frost & Big Boulder for your skiing enjoyment and Camel Beach water parks are also close by. Crossing Outlet Mall approximately 25 minutes. Casino close by too!

Winter brings many fun activities such as ice-skating, sledding hill, cross-country skiing across the lake right out your back door. Jack Frost and Big Boulder only 10 miles away and Camelback is also close by for a great day of skiing and other outdoor activities.

Open floor plan with large windows to enjoy the great lake views and amazing sunsets. Three bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.

We loved our stay at the lake house. The serene setting was perfect for relaxing and watching very docile wildlife up close. Bring your s'mores ingredients and enjoy an evening campfire while watching the reflection of the setting sun on the lake. The house was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of board games and other activities to enjoy an "unplugged" vacation. The pool and beaches were close by and well maintained. Would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The lake views are unbeatable, and we especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets each evening while relaxing around the fire pit. The house was comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to truly unwind and enjoy our time away.We loved having the kayaks available to explore the lake, and it was such a treat to see the wildlife that visited the property every day. The owners were wonderful to communicate with—responsive, friendly, and always helpful.We had an amazing stay and will definitely be planning another visit with our family. Highly recommend this beautiful getaway!

Our stay at the lake house was more than what we imagined it would be. As a senior citizen who resides in the suburbs, and works in the city, this peaceful setting, and cozy cabin offered a much needed respite. The sunsets were breathtaking! The house was clean. The view and backyard is beautiful! You cannot get a better view of the lake. The fire pit area is perfect to make s’mores. We had beautiful weather so we spent most of our time outside enjoying the lake and wildlife. A family of deer would come by in the evening and there was a lot of duck in the lake that would swim by. My husband and kids did a ton of fishing off the dock. My family has been coming to Arrowhead Lake the past 4 years and you can’t go wrong with this location.

Our family had a wonderful week here! It was the perfect place to spend time together - out on the lake fishing or kayaking, having breakfast on the deck, sitting around the fire pit at night, or relaxing in the living room after a day of swimming at the pool. Loved the lake-life decor that made the stay feel extra special. We enjoyed browsing all the neat books and playing some board games, too.We happened to be there during a heat wave, and the house stayed so nice and cool! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We made some great memories here!

Lake house is absolutely gorgeous. Cozy, clean, wonderful view from the inside and absolutely stunning outdoor. I have to say that this is the first property where the real experience was better than pictures in the add. Communication with host was easy and they are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and we will for sure come back!

Clean, warm, lovely lakefront home. We enjoyed the view. The pictures are accurate showing how lovely the deck is and the waterfront seating around the firepit is awesome. We cooked, played board games, watched movies...all while enjoying the lake. We are not active people, but there were boats and the swimming beach area looked perfect for other people. A great stay!

Pros:Excellent view of the lake.Central AC worked well – would not go below 68 though for some reason. I recommend reaching out to the homeowners if you want the AC below 68.The dock was great for fishing and relaxing.Cons:The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.Two lightbulbs were out in the bathroom, so it was dark.One light in the living room was broken because the switch on the light was broken.The dishwasher was broken.The tub drain was clogged.On the surface, the house looks clean – but it needs a very good deep cleaning from the ceiling fans down to the baseboards and behind all the furniture. Many cobwebs in various places.The exterior of the house and the deck need to be power washed. Clogged gutters. Landscaping needs some attention – overgrown bushes, trees, and weeds.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful lake views, found the dock to be a great place for fishing and relaxing, and that the air conditioning kept the home comfortable during your stay. We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations. Guest feedback is important to us, and we use it to continually improve the experience for future visitors. Regarding the dishwasher, we completely understand how frustrating appliance issues can be. During your stay, we offered to send a plumber immediately, but at your request, service was postponed until after your departure. When the technician inspected the dishwasher, he found it to be operating properly and noted that it appeared the cycle may have simply been interrupted before completion. We also appreciate your comments regarding housekeeping and the exterior. Our home is professionally cleaned before every arrival, but because the property is located in the mountains and surrounded by mature trees, occasional cobwebs, pollen, and natural debris can accumulate quickly between cleanings despite our best efforts. We also have gutter guards installed, so while leaves may occasionally be visible on the roof or around the property, the gutters themselves are protected from clogging. We are replacing the light bulbs and the living room lamp. As for mattress comfort, we recognize that firmness is very subjective, and while many guests have found the beds comfortable, we understand they may not suit everyone's personal preference.
