Shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 500 m, bus stop "MOULT-CHICHEBOVILLE" 2.4 km, sandy beach 25 km, thermal baths 25 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 26 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Chateau de canon 6 km, Haras de la Chappelle 1 km, Beuvron en auge 10 km, Cabourg 25 km, Ouistreham 35 km, Plages du débarquement, Arromanches 60 km. Hiking paths: Cherbourg 150 km.
"Le laizon 1", 1-room studio 50 m2. Very beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with heating stove. Exit to the terrace. Sleeping alcove with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Please note: smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Very nice place!

We stayed here for a week. The apartment is cute, clean, cosy, and surely big enough for two persons. The place has a nice garden and is very neat. The location is good as well: the beach, big cities such as Caen and other things are about a 30 minute drive away.
