CHARACTERISTICS :
Villa with traditional Provencal chic architecture, single storey, very bright of about 200 m2, located in a quiet area.

It overlooks a large private swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful green space, the whole without opposite and completely closed.
It is south-west facing,
The maximum capacity is 8 people, including babies.

The interior on the ground floor includes :
- 2 bedrooms with double king-size beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds, with large wardrobes
- a fitted kitchen (induction hob, large fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine etc.), and a bar leading directly to the outside dining area
- a dining room (table for 8 people),
- a TV lounge
- two independent toilets,
- a shower room
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a laundry room with washing machine

The outside terrace:
- a large dining table for 8 people with armchairs in teak from controlled plantations, FSC certified.
- a barbecue.

The outside green space:
- a large 8x19 m heated swimming pool with a beach in front for the children to splash around or sunbathe in the water and a diving pit of 2.30 m. It has an approved fall detector,
- comfortable sun loungers with headrests.

The practical exterior:
- a parking space for 4 vehicles in the grounds of the property.

General information :
- Deposit: 1500 euros.
- Arrival time from 12 noon. Departure time 9am.
- Pets are accepted (60€ per pet per week).
- bed linen hire available at €15 for bed linen sets: fitted sheet, top sheet and pillow cases.

The 90€ cleaning fee is revisable on the basis of the caretaker's invoice if the house is really dirty. It includes the reception, the maintenance of the swimming pool with products and green space, the complete cleaning, the disposables and the departure inventory.

- the beaches (you can take a bike and follow the cycle tracks along the Etang de Thau and the Canal du Midi),
- Marseillan village, a beautiful historical village, full of charm with its small discreet port between the Etang de Thau and the Mediterranean and at the entrance of the Canal du Midi. From
Many activities are to be expected: musical festivals, concerts, jousting tournaments on the water, fireworks... and craft markets all year round.

- Cap d'Agde with its marina and its international 27-hole golf course and naturist centre.
- the Etang de Thau where there is a nautical base where you can take sailing lessons (all levels) and above all visit the oyster beds and taste them,

- Sète with its programme of summer events around the Canal Royal. The Fête de la Saint Louis with its jousting tournaments is a must see!
