The terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh air and start or end the day in a completely relaxed way. Whether it’s breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet evening outdoors—this is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday.

In the living room, a fireplace creates a cosy ambiance, especially on cooler days. The double sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for two people and turns the room into a cosy gathering spot for spending time together.

The kitchen is practically equipped and features a Nespresso machine, so you can start your day with a good cup of coffee.

The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed offers a quiet retreat for restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet and also features pleasant underfloor heating, which provides additional comfort.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available to you during your stay. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.

A parking space directly in front of the house ensures a hassle-free arrival. Upon request, an electric vehicle charging station for electric or hybrid vehicles can also be used (electric vehicles up to 200 kW: €100 per week; hybrids up to 50 kW: €25 per week).

The 66 m² ground-floor apartment features a spacious terrace and a large garden, while the 47 m² upstairs apartment offers a cosy retreat. Each apartment has its own parking space on the property.
