The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To lock the door please push the red icon located on the keypad outside the front door after you have securely closed the front door and the security gate.
Please make sure any the fireplace is off and any outdoor heaters and lights have been turned off as well.
Please pull down any blinds that have been left up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All adult occupants must sign our rental/lease agreement before a code will be given to give you access to the property.
Failure to sign the rental/lease agreement will result in cancellation of your booking at no fee to the owners.
