We chose Avenue because it is one of the most charming and walkable neighborhoods in Jacksonville, with beautiful early 20th century homes and welcoming atmosphere so it’s perfect to experience the city like a local. It also filled with local small businesses on pedestrian friendly setting just stroll away from St. John’s River and Jacksonville’s downtown.

What makes this property unique

The house is located five minutes away for Downton Avondale, really close to Riverside and Downtown Jacksonville. Our street is really quiet, peaceful and well connected, which makes the house the perfect place to rest and relax.
