After staying at some other places, my brothers and I decided to create a cozy getaway that has a Vacation Home feel. Something to take you away from the standard, crowded old hotel scene, with the freedom of a private home. Just a great experience.

Why they chose this property

It's centrally located to the beach, sports and downtown. Plenty of nearby shopping with great local places to eat. Also a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Has the feeling of a second home. The coastal, beachy theme will take you away from the average places. Lots of room to enjoy family time or just a quite peaceful place to relax. Also - nobody lives in the house and our housekeeping service goes the extra mile to keep the house immaculately clean.
