Located just 2.5 blocks from the beautiful 23rd street beach & steps to the center of downtown Avalon, this fantastic location means parking the car and walking to beach, 23rd St. public dock, restaurants, the Union League, bars, mini-golf, ice cream, shopping, market, liquor store, and more! The property features a heated in-ground pool and hot tub that have a safety cover that can close and lock. There is an oversized cabana perfect for poolside entertainment; a side garage provides secure storage for bikes and beach toys. The first-floor features 3 bedrooms: bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed with a full bath; bedroom #2 is ideal for gaming and has a sectional couch perfect for kids - there is a full bathroom directly outside this bedroom, bedroom #3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with a full bath (with a tub) directly outside of this bedroom. The first-floor den is complete with a wet bar, a beverage fridge, flat screen TV and sliders to the pool area. A covered front porch running across the front of the house with ceiling-fan is perfect for relaxing in the shade. There is a full-size laundry room equipped with washer & dryer. The second-floor open concept with a vaulted ceiling is bright and spacious. The kitchen has custom cabinets, beautiful granite counters, and a huge center island with counter seating adjacent to the dining area. There is a second-floor deck with lounge seating and table/chairs for dining and a natural gas grill. The great room has a TV, fireplace, and soaring coffered ceilings. There is a second refrigerator and ample storage in the walk-in pantry next to the kitchen. There is a powder room off the hallway leading to two back bedrooms each with an ensuite full bath, one with twin beds with private sundeck, and the other with bunkbeds and a convertible sofa that adds an additional king bed size sleeping area. The third floor has two (2) master suites - one with a king bed and one with twin beds, each has a private deck with seating and ensuite bathroom. This floor has a laundry closet with washer/dryer. The house has internet with WiFi throughout. A 4-stop elevator provides access to all floors. The owners are providing fresh linens and towels (sheets & pillowcases for all beds for 18 guests and two sets of towels in each bathroom). 3PM CHECK IN AND 10AM CHECK OUT
