Stunning 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in La Mata, Torrevieja with beautiful panoramic sea views!

The apartment is in a very nice complex that has a large communal pool surrounded by landscaped gardens with palm trees.
The swimming pool is open all year round. The garden is closed and can only be entered by the residents. The garden is suitable for lying in the sun or in the shade and relaxing.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and has a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautiful glazed terrace with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding area! The windows can be slid open.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator.

The property is within walking distance to the beach (about 700 meters) and all amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. Mercadona can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. There are also various golf courses within a 10 km radius.

There is an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €50 to be paid in cash on arrival

15 kW/h per day of electric is included in the rental. This is more than enough for normal usage.

32 cents per kW/h will be charged for usage above this amount. Normally this will only happen if air-conditioning is left on when you are not in the property

Good Stay

First let me say that communication with the owner and property manager were excellent before and during our stay. The owner very kindly arranged for International TV to be installed as we do not like to eat out every night and this was very welcome as our Spanish is very limited, so a big thank you to Kai for that. The complex is very well maintained, with good standards of cleanliness. The gardens are pleasant and it’s possible to find shade amongst the mature trees when needed. A couple of Sunbeds would have been welcome as when lying on a towel we suffered several insect bites Purchased a huge throw at the local Wednesday market and that and insect repellent helped. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly Situated on a hill a decent walk from the beach, and quite close to two very good supermarkets, we chose not to have a car and we like walking so the location was fine for us. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage, the air con and fans worked well, the weather was fantastic, but not so hot that we needed the air con, lovely breeze from the open windows . Washing machine and cooker rather perplexing at first but once we understand how they operated they worked fine. Locally a few bars/restaurants and in La Mata town itself several more We caught the bus several times into La Mata /Torrevieja and purchased a tourist travel pass for €20 which with a 60% discount which was excellent value Overall a very good stay.

Excelente propiedad

Las instalaciones han sido geniales, muy bien equipada, la comunicación y la llegada sin problemas, electrodomésticos nuevos, la localización excelente, cerca de todo. sin problemas de aparcamiento, los jardines en excelentes condiciones, piscina con control. No se que más poner para las personas que llegarán después, por nuestra parte repetiriamos sin dudarlo y animo a que tengas una experiencia genial como la mía en esta propiedad, Es la primera vez que utilizo Vrbo y también la recomendaré a mis contactos. Aufenthalt in Torrevieja

Kai ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er hat auf alle Anfragen sehr schnell geantwortet und hat sich sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt genießen zu lassen. Den Ausblick aus dem Apartment haben wir geliebt. Mein Sohn hatte sich in das gemütliche Sofa verliebt und die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Danke lieber Kai, wir kommen gerne wieder.
