The 34 sqm apartment / studio consists of well-divided rooms and has a toilet with shower and a large terrace.

A perfectly equipped kitchen for 4 people, a double bed, a pull-out couch for 2 people, free WIFI internet connection, flat screen TV with all German programs, DVD player, radio CD guarantee a relaxing stay.

Access to the apartment is barrier-free.

Own parking spaces are at the house.
You live only 100 meters from the fine sandy beach and promenade and in close proximity to the border.


The costs of the spa treatments are easily covered by the health insurance companies.

Wir waren mit dem Objekt sehr zufrieden.Es war sauber.Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist die Situation mit dem Parkplatz.Es sind viel zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden.Für das ganze Haus.Wenn man Glück hatte war ein Platz frei.Ansonsten musste man draußen parken.Und dafür musste man zahlen.Und für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt wird das ein teurer Spaß.Was ich auch nicht so toll fand.Die Balkone über uns.Da wurde fleißig geraucht.die Asche hat man einfach runter fallen lassen.Das die ganze Sauerei auf unserem Balkon war.Wenn man gesessen hat , hatte man die Asche auf dem Kopf.Oder es lagen die Zigaretten auf dem Balkon bei uns.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt 100m vom strand entfernt was wirklich mega ist. Der Parkplatz ist eine Katastrophe und die leute die an den seiten standen wurde auch noch eingeparkt ich hab gar nicht dort geparkt aber der Parkplatz war auch immer überfüllt und die Parkgebühren waren sehr teuer da in Swinemünde. Die Ferienwohnung war für 4 personen viel zu klein. Man hatte keinen platz seinen koffer hinzustellen. Platz in den schränken gab es auch nicht genug. Es wurde alles in vollholzmöbeln gehalten was die Ferienwohnung nun nicht sehr attraktiv machte. Viele sachen müssen dringend mal erneuert werden. In der dusche die brause und die türen, waschbecken der,Wasserhahn den man nur leicht aufdrehen darf weil das waschbecken gar nicht dazu passt. Spülung geht auch nicht mehr richtig...Wir haben die Erfahrungen gemacht das Swinemünde zwar sehr schön ist aber viel zu teuer was essen und trinken und parken angeht. Das cafe gegenüber von der Ferienwohnung ist leider das einzige weit und breit und daher sehr teuer....

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber man fühlte sich wohl trotz kleiner Macken der Toilette und Dusche beides müsste mal erneuert werden aber trotzdem ok und funktional. Sehr gern wieder.

Eine kleine aber feine Wohnung ordentlich und sehr sauber, nur 3min bis zum Strand das fanden wir super auch das die Strandpromenade nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, ein Minuspunkt für die Parksituation da leider viel zu wenige Parkplätze für das Anwesen vorhanden sind und man überall viel Geld fürs parken bezahlen muss, trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wieder in der Residenz Bernstein Urlaub machen Fazit: wir haben dort einen tollen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht

Empfehlenswert.

Umständliche Nutzung des Parkplatzes (nach kurzer Zeit ging das Tor selbstständig zu). Entweder stellte man ein Brett vor die Lichtschranke oder eine zweite Person müsste den Toröffner von innen (im Hausflur) bedienen. Es waren pro Person je ein Handtuch und ein Badetuch vorhanden aber bei einem Aufenthalt von 10 Tagen etwas zu wenig. Schlechte Unterbringung der Fahrräder. Der Fahrradkeller war voll und man müsste die Fahrräder in den Keller schleppen. Da heutzutage fast jeder ein E-Bike besitzt, war es etwas mühsam und anstrengend. Unabhängig davon können wir das Objekt aber sehr empfehlen.

Schöner Herbsturlaub in einer guten Lage!

Es hat alles gepasst. Das einzige, was nicht so toll war, es wurde in diesem Objekt gebaut, von daher hatten wir relativ zeitig Bohrgeräusche. Das hätte man in der Beschreibung mit angeben können. Ansonsten rundum alles perfekt.

Zweiter Besuch und immer noch sehr zu empfehlen

Wir waren vor drei Jahren schon einmal da und waren sehr begeistert. Erstaunlich fand ich, dass der Preis pro Nacht sich nicht geändert hat. In den drei Jahren sind in der Wohnung ein paar Kleinigkeiten kaputt gegangen und wurden nur unzureichend repariert (Rolladen, Duschtüren, Wasserhähne und ein oder zwei andere Dinge). Das nehme ich aber für den günstigen Preis gerne in Kauf. Die neue Promenade ist echt super und der Strand ist auch sauber. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind super lecker und günstig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Gemütliches Apartment in swinemünde

Es ist ein sehr schönes kleines Apartment sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Strand war in 1 Minute zu erreichen und auch ins Zentrum ist es nich weit aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen am Ende der Promenade.

Fast keine Wünsche offen - Top Urlaub

Eine ideale kleine Ferienwohnung, beste Lage, liebevolle Einrichtung, ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Erholen. Doch gibt es einen Minuspunkt- die Parksituation ! Wir konnten keinen Parkplatz im Objekt ergattern, mussten unser Auto anderweitig parken, woraus erhebliche Mehrkosten entstanden. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder ❣️👍❣️😊

einfach toll

Am Ende der Strandpromenade, etwas ruhiger an einer Saline gelegen, direkt am Strandzugang, echt toll. In max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Trubel mit zahlreichen sehr schönen Restaurants einfach gut.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die wirklich keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Sauber ,durchdacht Möblierung sodas es an nichts fehlt. Die Lage ist einfach nur herrlich. Direkt gegenüber der Saline am Anfang der Promenade. Wird haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen wirklich erholt zurück. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Süße kleine Ferienwohnung

Das Haus liegt am Ende der Strandpromenade direkt am Wald. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte und man ist auf der Promenade und bis an die Wasserkante sind es nur ca. 50 bis 100 Meter. Sämtliche Gaststätten und den "Polenmarkt" erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Außerdem ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Alle Möbel sind in sehr gutem Zustand und Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind ausreichend vorhanden. Würde jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten.
