The beautiful Villa Deep Green is located in Maslenica, 28 km from the historic town of Zadar. Located 600 metres from the coast and overlooking the sea, this comfortable villa will provide you with the perfect holiday of your dreams, whether you are coming with your family or a group of dearest friends. Escape from the hectic everyday life and allow yourself a peaceful and happy holiday!



Villa Deep Green was built in a contemporary construction style, and offers its guests 260 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 10,000 m2. The yard has a landscaped olive grove, surrounded by an oak forest and a meadow. Given that it is located near the clean and clear sea, you will have the opportunity to dive into the depths of the sea and enjoy sunbathing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people, and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor.



On the ground floor, there is a modern equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family, and there is also a spacious living room consisting of a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV. In the dining room, there is a dining table with 8 seats. On the ground floor, there is also one bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace with seating where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee.



On the upper floor, you will find another living room and dining room, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 bedrooms. In two rooms there is a double bed (160x200), and in the third, there are 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined into a double.



The outdoor terrace will completely delight you with a pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor gas, coal, or wood grill. You can try prepared food on the grill at the covered outdoor dining table for 8 people.



Additional equipment that will be useful to you during your stay are a washing machine, and an iron and the villa also has a separate toilet. If necessary, the couch serves as an additional bed for two people.



The courtyard of the villa Deep Green is completely fenced and offers you 3 private parking spaces, and there are 2 more spaces outside.



Children will be delighted by the children's park where they can play and have fun on the slide and swings, and everyone can play darts, table tennis, badminton, and billiards inside the villa.



For those who desire beautiful, untouched nature, near the villa are Paklenica National Park, Starigrad, the canyon of the Zrmanja river and the well-known and striking Pariževacka glavica, whose location was used for the filming of the movie Winetou.



In the vicinity of Maslenica there are many interesting places with summer entertainment, and for all those who enjoy romantic walks and exploring historical antiquities, nearby is the royal town of Nin, whose streets still bear traces of past times. Do not miss visiting the church of St. Križa, the smallest cathedral in the world, which is specific for its architecture harmonized with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
