Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Ruhiger Waldrandlage

Our vacation rental, located in a quiet spot on the edge of the forest, offers 30 square meters of space for 1–2 people (and one child up to age 6) and is comfortably furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment has a separate entrance with its own front door. The spacious living and sleeping area features a cozy dining nook with lovely views of the garden. On the sofa, you can browse through the books provided for your enjoyment or wind down the evening in front of the TV. Of course, you’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout the apartment and in the garden. The two single beds can be pushed together upon request. In the kitchenette, you’ll find a separate induction cooktop, oven, French press, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and all kinds of cookware and tableware. At the back of the apartment is a small dressing area with a full-length mirror. The functional bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. If you’re traveling with a child (up to 6 years old), we’ll provide a children’s bed (dimensions 140 x 70 cm) or a travel crib in the apartment as needed. You’re welcome to use the sandbox and our son’s small collection of toys (tricycle, balance bike, etc.); please bring your own helmet. During your stay, you’re welcome to use part of our certified natural garden. A cozy seating area with a parasol right next to the vacation rental is available for your use. A parking space is located directly in front of the apartment door. Charging facilities for electric cars are available. Bicycles can be parked securely in front of the apartment or in the garage. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in our vacation apartment, including in the garden. We ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or by arrangement). Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib is available upon request. Payment of the total amount is due in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted.
