Objekt ist sehr geräumig. Etwas weiter vom Schuss aber Fussläufig noch ok.Ein Großer Topf für Nudeln fehlt.Das ein oder andere Zimmer hat wohl mit Feuchtigkeit Probleme alles war ein wenig klamm und roch ein wenig Müfig.Vielleicht auch die Falsche Beschichtung Latex gewählt, dass macht die Wände recht dicht. Eine Silikatfarbe mit Mineralputz der eigentlich teilweise vorhanden war wäre für das Objekt passend.Die Dachrinne Aussen scheint defekt das könnte auch die Ursache sein.Trotzdem ist es ein sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse.

Die Wohnung und Lage ist an für sich ganz gut.Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas besser sein und die Toilette ist sehr grenzwertig im Abfluss ,sonst alles okay :)
