Holidays by the water in a beautiful bay on the Gullmarsfjord

This delightful holiday home with a well-equipped guest cottage and boathouse on a lakeside plot with its own pier is located on a beautiful bay of Gullmaren, approximately 10 kilometres from Lysekil.



Included is a generous terrace and a large enclosed veranda with dining space for up to 12 people and a view over the sea. On the other side of the house is a lawn for play and ball games. The house of approximately 80 m2 was built in the seventies and has a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, kitchen area, and three bedrooms. Toilet room with washing machine and a separate shower room. 3 bedrooms (1. with double bed, 2. with family bunk bed (bottom 140cm wide), 3. with family bunk bed (bottom 140cm wide).



Outside the pier, there is a sandy bottom. The water is shallow but varies throughout the day with ebb and flow. For swimming in deeper water, there is a bathing raft with an electric motor that can be moored to a buoy further out in the bay.



Two golf courses are located within approximately 10 kilometres. Grocery stores and other services can be found in Brastad (7 km) or Lysekil (10 km).
