Located in the heart of the Schwansen region, in Holzdorf, these two holiday apartments were built in 2012 and are situated in a quiet area. Both have three rooms each, and the private terraces, furnished with garden furniture, are perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The main building houses a unique phonograph museum. Here you can learn all about sound recording and transmission. Parking is available directly in front of the building, and a community playground is located nearby.

The holiday rental features two spacious bedrooms that sleep four people (one double bed and two single beds) and a main living area. This space is divided into a kitchen/dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen and a living area with a comfortable seating area and a TV. The apartment is at ground level and has a large entryway. A separate, lockable storage room is available for bicycles for each holiday rental.

The holiday rental is partially accessible.
The hallway and the bathroom are on the same level.
The living area is accessed via a threshold (H = 10 cm in the hallway / H approx. 5 cm in the living room; approx. 20 cm wide).

The price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and energy costs.
With full occupancy of four people, an additional 5 EUR per night is charged for a children’s rollaway bed.
