This place was great. Spectacular oceanfront view. Perfect location, within walking distance of Lauderdale by the Sea and Beachfront Condominium, with a super nice pool area.The suite/room was very clean and had everything we needed: a microwave, toaster, fridge, silverware, and coffee maker, which was perfect for breakfast and a light lunch.Pictures are exactly as described in the listing, beautifully decorated and furnished with a comfy bed and soft sheets; couldnt ask for more! Sabrina helped answer all our questions.We will be back for sure for a long stay.

The host was rude to us forcing out of the room because of misunderstanding. I have all screenshots of the miscommunication. No one looks at a contract for a check out time that was booked months in advance. I assumed the app would specify. But overall the room was great and the hotel was as described. I would love to book again but will be more aware that the contract and app doesn’t work together.

Dear Luxurious, I was not rude. We asked you to check out at 10 am, but you didn't want to leave and pretended the check-out time was 11 am. It was never 11 am. After a client made a reservation, we sent several emails with check-in and check-out information; we asked you to read the rental agreement, and you emailed us that you read it. VRBO listing reported check-out at 10 am, and also a few days prior to your departure, we sent you the check-out information, where the time is reported. If you had read all the documents we sent you, you would know check-out was at 10 am, not 11 am. I suggest you don't ignore the owner's or property manager's documentation; read it to avoid misunderstandings. Best Regards Sabrina
