Ich habe die Wohnung allein bewohnt. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war prompt und angenehm. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäcker um die Ecke und REWE 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Beim Betreten der FeWo waren wir sehr enttäuscht und verärgert, weil wir diese in einem sehr unsauberen und teilweise auch unhygienischen Zustand vorgefunden haben. Für uns war dies so gravierend, dass wir uns nicht vorstellen konnten, dort zu bleiben. Als wir den Vermieter kontaktierten, um ihn davon in Kenntnis zu setzen, zeigte er weder Einsicht noch Verständnis - auch nicht nachdem wir ihm Fotos vom Zustand der Wohnung schickten. Gegenüber FeWo-Direkt gab er später an "der Zustand der Unterkunft sei gut und auch die Sauberkeit sei in Ordnung". Da wir auf keinerlei Entgegenkommen von Seiten des Vermieters gestoßen sind, fühlen wir uns verpflichtet, zukünftige Gäste mittels dieser Bewertung zu warnen.
