The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Each has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and each is decorated in its own special style. On this floor you will also find a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view. The garden of the villa is spacious and allows you to enjoy a nice time outdoors. In addition to the private pool, there is also a small playground for children with a swing and a trampoline as well as a dining area where you can enjoy your meals prepared in the barbecue or in the outdoor kitchen. A wine fridge is also at your disposal at special prices. However, if you want to enjoy the beaches along the Istrian coast, a drive of about 20 km is necessary to reach beautiful stone or sandy beaches, whether on the east or west coast of Istria. A little less than 30 km separates you from the stunning town of Rovinj and a little more than 30 km from the historic town of Pula. Also take the opportunity to visit Lim, the bay with a protected landscape status.
