Ferienwohnung Strandperle - Haus Nina

This 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 1–6 people. It consists of a living room with a cosy terrace that offers plenty of space and seating.
The two separate bedrooms each have a double bed. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with showers.
A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
One-time pet cleaning fee of 20 euros, payable on-site



Are you looking for a spacious holiday apartment near the beach for your stay? Then Haus Nina is the perfect choice for you. This historic building, dating from the seaside resort’s heyday, has been completely renovated.
The location is ideal: just 300 metres from the beach and 200 metres from the Old Stream.
Haus Nina offers two holiday apartments, each spanning an entire floor.

A parking space in the Kurhaus underground garage can be booked for 10 euros per day.
The linens package, including bed linens and towels, can be booked for 10.00 euros per person.

Please note: Parking and the linens package (bookable separately) must be paid for on site.
One-time pet cleaning fee of 20 euros, if applicable

Unser Besuchshund hat sich wohl gefühlt, Parken über Nacht auf dem Parkplatz an der Kirche war prima, die Größe der FEWO war für unseren Besuch genau richtig. Es hat alles gepasst. Vielen Dank und gern wieder.

Familienurlaub an der Ostsee

Die Ferienwohnung Strandperle ist für ein Kurzurlaub mit Familie eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Zum Strand braucht man etwa 10 Minuten. Anliegende Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Unsere Kinder fühlten sich sehr wohl.

auf der Sonnenseite in Warnemünde :)

Bei wunderbarem Sonnenwetter haben wir unseren Kurzurlaub in der Strandperle genossen. Sehr freundliche in Empfangnahme, eine saubere und ausreichend große Wohnung in der auch unser Hund sehr willkommen war. Dazu kurze Wege die mit Kleinkind gut machbar waren. also ein gelungener Auftakt in die Frühjahrszeit!:)
