Heizung die nicht richtig warm wurde, Klopf-und Summgeräusche ständig ( vor allem Nachts ) zu hören waren2. Sehr minimale Küchenausstattung, teilweise schlechte und defekte Beleuchtung, das wir selbst repariert haben. Wasserhahn in der Küchenspüle fast lose und schwer zu bedienen, für die Spüle kein Wasserstopfen3. In dem Unteren Bad, war die Duschwand undicht, Wasser lief bis zur Toilette und hinter die Waschmaschine. Im Bad oben, keine Heizung, in der Dusche kein Wasserdruck, das Wasser lief entweder heiß oder kalt. Der Wasserhahn am Waschtisch sehr schwer zu bedienen und auch ohne Stopfen4. Die Möbel im gesamten Haus, sehr veraltet, teilweise defekt. Matratzen auf den Doppelbetten hatten unterschiedliche Höhen, das Bettrahmen im EG-Zimmer, fiel nach der ersten Nacht leider auseinander und zum Letzt kamen uns aus der Schränken lebendige Motten entgegen.5. Im gesamten Haus befanden sich Schimmel-und Wasserflecken in manchen Ecken.6. Terasse und Garten verdreckt mit Zigarettenkippen und Müll7. Und das der Ausgang vom Haus fast direkt auf die Strasse war, steht auch mit keinem Wort in der Beschreibung. Sehr gefährlich vor allen für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden.
