There was confusion on the check-in time because the listing said it would be available in the morning and then at the last minute that was changed to 5 PM. We had reservations already made so I requested a 4 PM check-in. I did not think that was unreasonable because the listing had been incorrect. Once we were able to check-in, everything was great. I did receive a message on the app sometime during the night that the host was upset with me because we checked in 20 minutes early which was not intentional...I was rushing to make our reservation and didn't think twice about the time when the door allowed my code to work. If check in is as late as 5 PM - that should be noted on the listing.
