The Incara house welcomes you with high-quality, tasteful furnishings, light-filled rooms, and a comprehensive range of modern amenities.

First floor:
Bright, high-quality furnished living room with a designer couch. Large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and small hi-fi system + iPod docking station. Phone (unlimited calls to German landlines) as well as unlimited internet with Wi-Fi and DSL connection, fax. Beautiful sitting area with Garpa Loom Chairs. Small, separate kitchen with combination oven/microwave, espresso machine, and dishwasher. Beautiful terrace with a beach chair (approx. April–October), Garpa teak seating set, and an electrically retractable awning. Private, small lot adjacent to the house.

Basement:
A spacious room with a beautifully built-in double bed (180x200 cm), plenty of closet space, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a granite double sink, shower, and washer/dryer. Another small room with a single bed (90x200 cm) and beautiful built-in features. Separate small guest restroom.
