The "Meeresbrise" apartment with a balcony offers 62 square meters of space for up to 3 guests. The separate kitchen area is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, a raised oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils.
The living room, with its cozy seating area and TV, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. One bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, and access to the furnished balcony. Another bedroom has a single bed and a dresser. The bedrooms are quiet, bright, and furnished to a high standard. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Surrounding the house is another seating area with beach chairs, perfect for enjoying the sun at any time of day. This area is reserved for all guests of the villa.

Services: One free parking space is available per apartment. A crib and high chair can be provided free of charge. The beds are freshly made upon arrival, and towels are also provided.

Here, on the pristine sandy beach, you can enjoy the special charm of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, combined with a Nordic maritime lifestyle characterized by clarity, health, relaxation, and a zest for life by the sea.

The three vacation apartments are spacious, tastefully and high-quality furnished, and can accommodate 2–4 guests. The garden lounge is the complex’s separate small vacation home, accommodating up to 2 guests. Each unit features its own balcony or terrace area.

Villa Glückspilz is a vacation home with a unique history. This elegant house was built in 1911 and has welcomed vacation guests since its very beginning. At that time, guests were personally picked up from the Mollibahn station in Heiligendamm by two white horses. The villa is still owned by the original family today and was reopened in 2016 with a love for tradition, a keen eye, and a chic attention to detail. Guests appreciate the short walk to the sea, the central yet quiet location, and the hospitality of their hosts, who demonstrate a keen sense of their guests’ needs. A thoroughly relaxing and simply beautiful experience.
