Beautiful, professionally cleaned large (1000 sqft) 1 Bdr Apartment at the Sand Pebbles Resort in Solana Beach, an exclusive area of San Diego. The unit is perfect for holidays, spring break, or a relaxing family vacation next to the beach.

It is in a prime location by the beach (400 ft away, 4 min walk) and the world famous Del Mar Fair & Racetrack. It is next to restaurants, family & nightlife activities, & public transportation. It is minutes from La Jolla and in close proximity with easy access to everywhere in San Diego, including the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Museums, Torrey Pines, Downtown, Gaslamp, and the Convention Center.

The complex has a brand new heated Pool & Jacuzzi, gaming & laundry rooms, BBQ grills, on site support staff with beach amenities, and more. The condo is completely furnished with marble granite kitchens, furniture, appliances, flat screen TV/internet, and etc. There is on site staff to help you with any needs. In addition, we live nearby if you need any help with anything.

Finally, the condo is professionally cleaned prior to arrival and there are on site cleaners. We use hotel grade disinfectants for cleaning that make it perfect for those travelers with COVID

We hope you enjoyed your stay. In regards to check out, the check out time is 10AM. Unfortunately, the resort has a strict check out policy and will charge an additional $100/30min past 10AM.
Prior to leaving, we ask that you rinse all dishes in the sink, place them in the dishwasher, and start the dishwasher as the resort will charge a fine for any dirty dishes in the sink.

Amazing Professionally Cleaned Condo - Professionally cleaned with onsite cleaners, 1 block from the beach, and nearby the Del Mar Fair and Racetrack!! Great location and fit for those concerned about COVID.

The unit is perfect for holidays, spring break, or a relaxing family vacation next to the beach. Its been recently remodeled and is located in the Sand Pebbles Resort in Solana Beach/Del Mar area of San Diego, next to the beach and Del Mar racetrack. It is minutes from La Jolla and in close proximity with easy access to everywhere in San Diego, including the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Museums, Torrey Pines, Downtown, Gaslamp, and the Convention Center.

The condo is completely furnished with marble granite kitchens, furniture, appliances, flat screen TV/internet, and etc. The resort has a brand new pool and jacuzzi/spa, patio dinning, BBQ grills, gaming and laundry rooms, beach amenities, and more.
