" This vacation apartment is truly one of a kind. It has been lovingly renovated and restored and enchants guests with its original exposed beams and unique ambiance. You’ll stay in the former rooms of the maids and servants under the roof, with the original floor plan preserved.
The Accommodation
A section of the former brewery raw materials warehouse now houses a cozily furnished living and dining area. In addition to the elements designated for preservation by the historic preservation office, other original architectural features have also been preserved. Let yourself be transported back in time, for example, by the old poles that were used to store sacks, or the beams bearing inscriptions. Experience the charm of the attic in this former, historic brewery building. Somewhere in the apartment, there’s even a bird’s nest—can you find it? ;)

The apartment is approximately 120 square meters and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, tea accessories, spices, vinegar, and oil.

The living room features a projector with a screen, which creates a movie theater atmosphere in the evening.

The four bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people. Additionally, a crib (60x120 cm) and a high chair are gladly provided upon request.

The two bathrooms also offer every comfort, including a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and a washer-dryer. Each bathroom has a toilet; one is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

A staircase leads up to the converted attic, which offers plenty of space for playing and running around. With a foosball table and games for all ages, you can easily pass the time even on a rainy day.

The apartment includes a parking space in the courtyard, so only one car may be parked here. If you’re arriving with multiple cars, please use parking options outside the property.

Storage space for bicycles you bring with you can be provided upon request.
Additional Important Information
The apartment is located about 2 km outside the historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall. The old town is a 5-minute drive away or can be reached by the bus that departs regularly right outside the front door. In good weather, you can also take a leisurely walk along the Kocher River into town.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities to experience culture, art, and nature.
