The "Fährmann's Ausblick" vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the Am Brook guesthouse. The 70-square-meter, non-smoking maisonette apartment is furnished in a modern, bright Scandinavian style and can accommodate up to 4 adults and two small children up to age 3 in a travel crib. Photographs of the island welcome you as you step inside. A small hallway with a coat closet leads directly into the spacious living and dining area with a built-in kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling windows, equipped with safety rails and insect screens, face south and provide plenty of natural light. The living area is cozily designed and invites you to relax. It features a comfortable corner couch with an adjustable footrest, a coffee table, a floor lamp, and an armchair. Here you can make yourself at home, enjoy a movie on the 55-inch smart TV, or listen to music from the Bluetooth radio. Wi-Fi access rounds out the tech amenities. The sideboard offers plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. It also contains a collection of games for the whole family and a small selection of books. The built-in kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals. Such as an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. In addition, you’ll find a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a knife block, and plenty of cooking utensils. A dining table completes the kitchen area. From here, a staircase with a safety rail leads up to the upper sleeping area. Here you’ll find a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with nightstand shelves, adjustable slatted frames, and reading lights, as well as a wardrobe, blackout blinds, and insect screens. A crib (160 x 70 cm) is also available. The room offers the option to add another crib (optional). The lower bedroom of the vacation rental features a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), wall-mounted bedside lamps, insect screens, and a closet. The floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure you get a restful night’s sleep. The compact, naturally lit bathroom is functionally designed and features a corner shower, a hair dryer, a toilet, an insect screen, and a sink area. A shelf provides space for toiletries, and a lighted mirror ensures proper lighting. You’ll also find a clothes drying rack, cleaning supplies, and a standing fan in your apartment. If you feel like getting outside, there’s a 2,500-square-meter communal garden that invites you to linger.
