River depth and conditions naturally vary with weather and rainfall. A year-round pooled section provides an area for kayaking even when river flow is lower.
PRIVATE 12-ACRE SETTING
Sierra Sky is intentionally different from cabins located in dense vacation-rental developments. The property sits on 12 private acres in a quiet rural mountain setting, giving guests room to explore and enjoy the outdoors.
You may see or hear wildlife, birds, insects and neighboring ranch animals. Guests should expect natural terrain, slopes, trails and the sights and sounds that come with staying in a rural mountain environment.
The cabin is approximately 35–45 minutes from many Broken Bow and Hochatown restaurants and attractions, making it possible to enjoy a day trip while returning to a quieter, more private setting.
FAMILIES
Sierra Sky offers several family-friendly amenities, including:
• Children's playground
• Bunk room
• Arcade games
• Board games
• Children's dinnerware
• High chair
• Pack 'n Play/travel crib
• Outdoor recreation
Because the property includes natural terrain, elevated areas, trails and river access, children must be appropriately supervised outdoors.
PETS
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with advance approval and must be included on the reservation. A $100 pet fee applies per stay.
Dogs may not be on furniture or bedding, must be crated if left unattended, and pet waste must be picked up before departure.

About the host
Hosted by Ashley Mays
Sierra Sky is privately owned and thoughtfully cared for by hosts who place a strong emphasis on cleanliness, comfort and guest experience.
We created Sierra Sky as a place where families and groups can spend meaningful time together, explore the outdoors and enjoy the privacy of a mountain-and-river retreat.
We are responsive and available when guests need us while giving you the privacy and space to enjoy the property as your own during your stay.
Why they chose this property
Sierra Sky stood out because it offers something difficult to find in the Broken Bow region: acreage, mountain views, river access and extensive private-property recreation all in one place.
Rather than staying in a crowded cabin development, guests have 12 private acres to explore, with direct access to the Little River and activities ranging from pickleball and kayaking to hiking, putting, fishing and relaxing in the hot tub.
The location is close enough for day trips to Broken Bow, Hochatown and Beavers Bend while providing a much quieter and more secluded experience when you return.
What makes this property unique
What makes Sierra Sky especially unique is the amount guests can experience without leaving the property.
The 12-acre setting includes direct access to the Little River, mountain and valley views, a lit pickleball/basketball court, dedicated putting green, golf driving mat, disc golf, hiking trails, kayaks, fishing, volleyball, ping-pong, playground, fire pit, hammocks and a 5-person hot tub overlooking the valley.
Inside, groups have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two refrigerators, a fully stocked kitchen, Starlink internet, smart TVs, shuffleboard, arcade games, board games and multiple spaces for gathering.
It offers the combination of privacy, recreation and scenery of a remote retreat while remaining within driving distance of Broken Bow and Beavers Bend.
