Stay where you play and bring the gang! This property sleeps 12! Offering access to the trails from the property without trailering to the trailhead. 4 king beds with en-suite bath with the ability to sleep 4 more on 2 KING size sofa beds! Trails? We have access to all of them: hiking biking horseback dirt bike OHV Bronco 4wheel drive sxs ATV UTV and hundreds of miles of Forrest service roads and 1000’s of acres of National Forrest public use area less than 1/2 mile from property. This property is located in a gated lane with other short term rentals.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Put all garbage in outdoor bin or inside garage. Animals will tear up anything left outside. *Infractions will lead to fines.
For the environment, please adjust all 3 thermostats to 74°F. (2 are upstairs & 1 is in the game room) And turn off all lights, TVs, & coffee pots.
Do NOT strip the beds or collect dirty towels. Please leave all used linens as is. Housekeeping will take care of it.

The house was lovely! We were so happy that each room had its own private bath. Plus, having two refrigerators and a stove was perfect for our group of ten during our four-day stay. Since there aren’t any grocery stores nearby, it’s a good idea to plan ahead and bring extra ice. Also, the trail access near the house was a huge bonus. Just a heads-up, the ticks on the trails were quite bad, so definitely bring bug spray. It was our first time exploring this area, and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend.

The Riders Roost was a fabulous location for riding the trails! The spacious kitchen and living area made meals a great time to spend together. Having covered porches made early morning coffee time enjoyable regardless of weather. We used the fire pit most evenings and had a great time overall. My friends loved the beautiful rustic decor and private bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

Excellent/clean property, great communication with host. One thing to note is that the house entrance is up a flight of stairs, if you have any guests that may have trouble with stairs.
