The FLOATING 44s are boats with a permanent berth that combine the unique holiday experience of a boat with the comforts of a holiday home. On the FLOATING 44, you can spend your holiday right on the water, as life on board takes place all on one level. As part of our rental agreement, the boats are not intended to leave their mooring.
The FLOATING 44 can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition to the spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette and direct access to the bow terrace, the FLOATING 44 features two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom with a shower and a separate bathroom with a sink are each located in their own separate spaces. On the roof, a 25-square-meter terrace offers additional sunbathing space and a sweeping view.

Living and Dining:
Spacious seating area with a corner couch, dining table for 6 people

Kitchen:
Dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, sink.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area.

Sleeping arrangements:
Sleeps 4: 2 bedrooms with double beds; linens included in each.
An extra bed for two additional guests is available upon request on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bathroom:
Shower room, separate toilet with sink, including a set of towels per person per week (1 bath towel & 1 shower towel)

Outdoor area:
15 sqm furnished terrace at the bow, + 25 sqm rooftop terrace, free parking near the harbour

General:
Smart TV, air conditioning with warm-air heating

Wi-Fi: The harbour provides free Wi-Fi access to all guests in the harbour. You will receive the code
from the caretaker upon check-in. Depending on usage, the Wi-Fi connection may be subject to fluctuations in availability.

The FLOATING is a pet-free property.

Interior design examples, technical changes, and variations in amenities are possible.

Smoking is not permitted inside the houseboats. Please use the outdoor area for smoking; ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
Rental period from spring to fall: The houseboats are available during the frost-free season.

The FLOATING 44 models feature a modern, nautical design and furnishings.
They offer a spacious living area with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette and direct access to the 15-square-meter terrace at the bow, as well as two bedrooms.
The bathroom with shower and a separate bathroom with a sink are located in separate rooms.
A 25-square-meter terrace on the roof offers additional space for sunbathing.

You may bring a pet with you on this FLOATING 44. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved.
Pets are not allowed on the sofa or in the beds. A pet surcharge applies according to the price list.

The municipality of Boltenhagen charges a visitor’s tax for all guests aged 16 and older.

The stationary houseboats are an ideal home for anyone who loves the special atmosphere on the water… yet still wants to stay on land.
